Can any of you guys help me by telling me your spring ID's??

They have the ID written on them, eg my front springs have a tag with 'D6' written on them, you can see it if you look between the tyre top and front wing. Rears are pot luck whether you can see the letter/number.

OEM Suspension springs are hard to ID without VIN numbers. I'm trying build up a list of IDs to see how they are used so I can improve my 335i suspension using OEM parts. (there's a lot of this on the US forum, but their specs are different).

Most useful are 325i/330i/335i E90 and E91 any age up to now.

Looking back to the early E9x models, say march 2006, when the M sport kits were great, but judged too hard by the press, the M sport dampers and bump stops and ARBs were the same parts across E90 and E91 335/330/325 and, importantly, ONLY for M sport use.

After about 2007 the E91 went to different parts, ditching the m sport specific parts and using the 'heavy load' parts or 'poor road condition' parts. As soon after did the E90. On current vehicles there are no longer specific M sport dampers etc, they use the same parts as for the poor road package / payload increase / unmasked official vehicle / roof attachment without special signal sys!?! They still show a different parts row for M sport, but the same part numbers are listed as for the other categories mentioned above.

I'm looking to see if I can fit the E90/E91 parts from a 2006 vehicle. (ordered new of course) to my current car to restore the 'proper' m sport feel so derided by the press.
