Only one dealer from the NW?

I am surprised only Kuni in Beaverton, OR is on the list...only one in the entire NW mentioned. No WA dealers at all. I bought my car at BMW Bellevue and had a great experience. Also have been to Rasmussen in Portland with no complaints but I do take my car to Kuni BMW and like thier service, over all dealership the best.

I guess how much does this list mean and how hard is it to make BMW's good list?

Wow, it must be a hard thing to achieve. Glad to see Kuni on there though.

I wonder what goes into the excellence award.. probably customer feedback, sales, number of maintenance returns.. ??

It's based heavily on sales and not as much on customer satisfaction as it has been previously.

If Kuni makes it 3 years in a row (as we have at Rasmussen) I'll be very impressed.

You must be one of the few..... They are great until you start negotiating the price. Then the whole thing goes down the drain.....

Kuni is light years ahead of all W.WA dealers for sure.

I agree. They pretty much laughed at me when I tried to negotiate more than $500 under MSRP for my mid-08 build.
