AUX Input not working properly

When I plug in my Ipod to my AUX input it only plays sound from one side (drivers side). I checked my Ipod and even tried another one and it still doesn't work. I even went into the 'i' menu and checked to see if the balance was center. I bought another plug thinking that was what was wrong, but still not working. When I listen to the radio or cds everything works properly. Any ideas?

Try a high quality cord, white one from Belkin gold plated it will work. Happen to me when I used an old cord that I had. Work great now.

I think you may be using a mono plug. Try to get a quality stereo plug....

Yup, you're probably using a mono adapter. A less likely explanation is that your input plug (on the car) is busted.

Where would you get a stereo plug? The last one I got was from Best Buy but I guess that turned out to be a mono plug.
