335 CEL/limp code 142

I was driving the other day and experienced limp mode, which happens once every few months. I was a little concerned because it usually happens when it's really hot out or when I drive it hard. That day it was probably 40*F and I was just cruising on the freeway.

After I went home and let it sit for awhile (which will usually clear it up) I started it up again. The half engine light came on and the "check engine light". I've never had the CEL on ever. It became really tough to accelerate with the car sputtering when I gave it gas. So I turned it off and tried to start it again. After many cranks the car started with the CEL light still on.

I was thinking fuel pump but I hooked up the code reader and got 142E. I believe this is possibly an o2 sensor. Keep in mind my car has a V2 Proceed other than that it's all stock. Any suggestions? Thank you!
