Can Someone Check My Lease Calculations, Thanks
Correct me if I am wrong but it seems then for an ED on a 335 Convertible using the lease calculator
and the invoice pricing from the forums I get this. Not sure what Doc Fees would be. MSRP $50,700.00 335 Convert $43,120.00 Comfort Access $455.00 Through Cargo $166.00 Xenon $730.00 Navigation $1,910.00 Logic 7 $795.00 ipod $355.00 Satellite $540.00 M sport $3,250.00 Smartphone Alarm $400.00 Total $51,321.00 Using this comes out to be an MSRP of $63595, destination $825, Cap Reduction ($1000 Loyalty Money), Adjusted Cap $51146 and using a 58% residual for 12k/36month with a MF of .00180 and tax of 7% comes to payments of about $506. Is this correct or am I off somewhere? Please explain. Thanks |

How are you able to get the cap cost so low? At $51,146 you got about $12,000 discount. The payment seems too low for a 335i convertible. Heck it's even low for just the 335i coupe. Go to www.leaseguide.com/calc.htm and input all the info; you'll get a better grasp for it that way. It's also very accurate so no worries there.

Th base rate on a 335 vert is 0.00205 You then need to add for ED which I think is 0.0003.
Your prices look wrong to me. I understand you are doing ED but where are those numbers coming from? Thay are all invoice. Where is the dealer's profit? I think you are more likely to be around $725-$750 but that's a WAG until we know the real numbers.
