Porfessional Radar Detector installer in Philadelphia?

Hey guys, a friend of mine is located in University of Pennsylvania area and he needs a professional radar detector (V1) installer. he has the new dodge RAM and wants to have it mounted in the ashtray or somewhere like that. Any recommendations and an estimated price? thanks guys in advance.
