how do i judge how big my head is i guess its medium LOL

most manufacturers have a size chart that shows you were to measure your head and what the diameters correspond to in terms of their size.

if this is your first helmet you should go to a store and try some on and get some help with the fit. sometimes helmets just don't feel comfortable on a particular head shape. You won't know until you try them on. sometimes the padding just doesn't work well for your head and creates pressure spots
