Can someone check out a car for me?

Hey guys,

I'm in California but I found a high mileage 335i Coupe that is a pretty good price. It is located in PA at Faulkner Honda.

I have my doubts about buying a car sight unseen but this one has been on my mind and I wanted to see if anyone was willing to go take a look at it and report back to me the condition of the paint, engine, etc...If anyone can do this I'd really appreciate it...Thanks!

i've seen em go for a little less actually, but usually they are stripped with no options.

im pretty serious about this car guys...they aren't open today but if anyone is willing to check the car on monday and take pictures and notes for me i'd be willing to pay!!

i think you should personally check it out because i don't think anyone really wants to have to finger pointed to them if there is some kinda damage that they didn't see. although not sure if your willing to fly out just to see a car lol

I wouldn't Buy it.... Too High miles, warranty will be up anytime. Its at a Honda Dealership... Downgrade to a Honda... Must have issues! "I need something MORE reliable", traded up on the spot. Hope this helps!

^^ thanks for the advice...the dealer called me today to inform me that it was sold...kind of relieved because I did want a lower mileage one so now I have no other choice but to get a "newer" one

the mileage is pretty high, but not TOO high... if the guy picked up the car in late 2006, its about 2.5 years of driving.. thats not too bad... I have average about 15K miles/year.. and for 2.5 year, 47K miles sounds about right.

Oh well, its sold.. and damn, our car depreciates fast..

my friend found a 2007 335i with 25k mies for $25,000 and some change so compared to that this sounds expensive
