What ipods does the ipod integration kit work with?

Does having the ipod kit limit my ability to have the 6 disc changer?

It works with iPod versions after Generation 3, iPod Mini, iPod Nano.

You cannot have the CD Changer and the iPod Interface together. One or the other. The iPod interface mimics the CD Changer.
