Am i good to go?

Hi,
About to pull the trigger for an AW 328i coupe w/
Black leather and aluminum trim
Premium
Sport
Nav
iPod Adapter
Heated Seat
Steptronic w/padder shifters

$44000 Cap cost plus $725 bank fee
MF .00150 @ 12k x 36mo
Residual @ 60%
$1000 cash rebate

Works out to be $700 drive off with $605 payment.
Was told i would not be getting another .00030 off MF. Some other salesperson told me i was eligible as im an existing customer. Can someone advise please?

Would this be a good deal?

Thanks in advance.

It doesn't look like a horrible deal, but I don't know what taxes/tags/fees are where you live. I calculate an invoice of 42,670 with the options you listed. I just bought a 335 ifor Invoice + MACO (in my location 380 dollars) + 300 dollars. If you were to negotiate a deal with those numbers, and your money factor, Acquisition fee and residual I'm coming to a payment of 562.34. Again, this is without taxes and fees though, I could give you a more exact price if you could give me some idea of those.

Also if you're a returning BMW customer, you should get loyalty money and a loyalty money factor I believe. I'm not sure what it is on the 328i couple, but a few days ago on the 335i coupe it was 1000 dollars plus a money factor of .00175 for me.

Is .00175 the fm after the loyalty mf discount?
I'm getting different # from different pp.
Some said there's a discount and others say no .
No information at bimmerfeast yet.
Tax here is 7.75%.

Any thoughts?

I have a feeling my local dealership is f'king w me....
His quote was MSRP with .00190 MF after .00040 in loyalty discount, residual @60%.
Is it possible for sales to mark up MF?

The 1st post quote was from a California's salesperson.

Anyone has any concrete numbers on April's lease rate and rebates?

Thanks in advance.

A little minor changes to my spec,
Coral Red/Black interior
Integrated SmartPhone
Gray Poplar Trim

Ed's invoice at $42535
Dealer wants $44200 inclusive of $560 maco/training/ad fee plus $55 documentation fee.
Dealer claims that Coral Red are rare thats why is premium.

.00015 MF with no additional of .00030 loyalty discount.

Does this look ok?

Your .00150 looks about right. My CA actually showed me the BMW rates for April and i think I saw .00150 was the correct MF for 328's. The official #'s on the E92 335i is .00175 which includes the .00030 Owner Loyalty MF discount, and then there is a $1000 cash rebate, that will be included into your down payment.

Corel Red is probably rare to find in a 3 series coupe actually still on the lot, BUT definitely not a reason for them to try to claim "Premium". There are many more people that want black interior, and alot of people that would look at Corel Red and walk away. I love it personally. If they try this technique tell them you arent in a rush and can just as easily order a new 'to build' car with exactly what you want for the price you want to pay.

If you are unsure of your rates this is the best place to input your #'s and see if they are trying to hide stuff. http://www.leaseguide.com/calc.htm

Thanks Hyper,
How about the additional $560 maco/ad/training fee and $55 doc fee mentioned?
I remembered reading somewhere about no maco fee for lease.
Any thoughts?

Thanks again.

I think the taxes/fees vary with every dealer. You should search this forum's local area for Las Vegas and see what others paid around the April months.

In VA for example they charge a set $765 acquisition fee, and another $100 for some tax, and then a $399 documentation fee. You can always try to negotiate these, because its like hey how do i really know this is what it costs and do i even care for someone in your office to click a link and print a piece of paper? If you really want to negotiate it to a tee, just push-back on everything until you feel like you are satisfied. At the end of the day you are spending alot of money and you want to feel like you didnt just pad someone's pockets. Keep in mind ALL dealerships get back-end MFR $$ at the end of the month in some way or another so dont ever feel bad when they say ohh this is equal or less to what we paid. NEVER. They ALWAYS make a decent $.

The residual is something that you can only negotiate with BMWFS i believe and they are usually not willing to do any negotiating unless you are buying out your lease, but the Money Factor is the dealer so you can cut down on their profits. They usually try to say this is lowest we can go, BUT i have a friend that is a CA at BMW and he showed me the monthly sheet, so im thinking he wouldnt even have that lying around if it was the "invoice" (dont give an APR lower than this or we lose money on this deal) amounts.

Hope this helps and good luck!

Oh, and regarding the MACO/Training/Ad fees, I couldnt tell ya.....I think in VA they bundle it all into 1 fee or Acquisition Fee or however they do it I have never seen the words MACO, Advertising, or Training Fee on my Offer Sheet, and prolly cuz they know that people will be like "i aint paying those".
