suspension thoughts?

I'm thinking of lowering my e90 and was curious what everyone is running for suspension? I've read good things about swapping to the m3 sway bars, does anyone have any experience with that? I'm in the philly suburbs, and while the roads aren't perfect i'm more than willing to trade a bit of ride compliance for a more settled sporty handling manner.

get a set of coilovers... Fk's or Kw's are your best bet performance and price wise. Coilovers allow for height adjustability which is a nice feature. I personally run KW Variant 1's and live in NJ which everyone knows must have the worst roads EVER and the ride is very comfortable.

If you are on a tight budget, then you can just get a set of H&R or Eibach lowering springs and keep your ZSP shocks/struts.... Not adjustable like coilovers, but not a bad setup for the price.

if i were to order the coilover set how much would it be to install them? Is there a worthwhile difference between the v1/2/3 sets for kw?
