back in black

i have a 2008 jet black E90 that hasn't been well taken care of on the exterior. i'd like to get some expert advice on products that will work well getting it back to showroom condition. i'm going to invest in a pc or flex & am mainly looking for polish, sealant & wax recomendations. thanks

BTW the paint has medium swirls & haze with some scratches.......

for the swirls, i'd recommend starting with Menzera PO203S power finish. from what i've seen, every black car has needed at least this to correct it all the way. Afterwards, follow it up with PO85RD

here's my routine for most cars

PO203S with Green pad
PO85RD with black or blue pad

afterwards, any sealant of your choice would probably be fine. I'd recommend against FMJ for its lack of durability as a sealant though. For a wax, you can't go wrong with the collinite waxes (476, 845, 915). They all last a very long time and they look great.

if they are minor you prob only need a two step polish. also a good glaze will fill in the lighter stuff. then a sealant. at this point decide if you want a wax on top. if you want the shine go carnuba. but if you want a little more protection on top of the sealant go with meguirs nxt. i like the nxt because the winters in Mass suck. Heres what i would do.

Poorboys Super Swirl 2
Poorboys Super Swirl 1
3M Imperial Hand Glaze or Chemical Guys Glaze with Shine
Chemical Guys M Seal (easy to use)
Meguirs NXT or Dodo Juice Blue Velvet

You couold get lazy or if your pressed for time and use Poorboys Polish with Sealant. i havent used it but want to try it for my winter beater at some point, could save me a bunch of time.

i would get a Flex, it doesn't vibirate that much, and it provides a hella lot of power! i own both, but only use PC for smaller place!
