Pretty funny experience at Weatherford BMW (I guess they read this forum ;) )
Took the 335i in because the turn signal stalk had a bad connection of some sort (got it fixed under warranty). At first I was worried the SA was going to give me hell (Asked me what was wrong with my "hot rod" and quoted me $350 to diagnose the issue because he suspected modifications were the cause, though I knew they were not)... but everything got resolved and they were very helpful about it..
Anyways, I get there and the SA tells me "yeah the techs were telling me how notorious this car is!" Me: "Oh, they must read Bimmer! Cool!" SA: "I guess so! In fact, I wrote 'Red' on the workorder, and it came back looking like this:" (The Bimmer article doesn't mention the term "red dragon" i don't think, so they must read the forums, too!" : I felt special for a quick minute Hope you guys get a kick out of it, I know I did. |
