QUESTION ON Bridgestone RFT (ZSP)

Does anyone know when EXACTLY were the Bridgestones redesigned to fix the cupping/feathering issue?
I think someone has mentioned late summer 2006. My dealer has acknowledged that they put "REDESIGNED" Bridgestones on my car, but the datecodes are 3705, which cannot be right. Any ideas???
