price on 335 convertible

Looking to purchase a 335 convertible. I love the msport package and I am willing to wait for the delivery. Went to the BMW dealer that I have worked with for 10 years (DC Area) and the best price I could get was $1700 above invoice plus macco and something else.

Seems to me in this market that there would be more flexibility in prices. any body have some recent experience they can share?

Thanks

The dealer probably isn't working with you because now would be about the time of year where everyone is looking to get into a convertible, since spring is here.

If you're flexible, wait until fall or wintertime. Nobody thinks about convertibles when there's snow on the ground. Or buy a used vert. There's a couple good ones for sale here.

that dealer is screwing you, I got mine last june for $250 over invoice plus carmats. It was also a hard to find combo too.

You should be able to do much better. Doesn't matter if spring is here and it's the time for convertibles, the car market is way off right now and there are deals to be had. I got the car in my signature for $500 over invoice which I think is a good deal.

I think you should be able to get at least $500 over invoice or even a little better for an ordered car.

Invoice sounds like a good price.
