I am being relocated to Pearl Harbor and unfortunately can't take my amazing car with me. I have taken amazing care of it since the day I bought it. I had the dealer install the Clear Shield on the front of the car the first week I got it so the paint is in immaculate shape. The interior has been kept super clean, no eating or drinking is ever allowed in my cars

I got the car with almost every option BMW offered so its fully loaded. I fully intended to keep this car forever and as such I have treated it with respect and care, washing, waxing and even doing oil changes more often then the dealer recommends. Every time I get out of this car I just stare at it as I walk away that's how much I love it and I hope it will find a good home that will take care of it just like I have. Looking to get $38,000 for it.

I copied and pasted that from the BMW site... maybe it was a typo on their part. But your right, the trim around the windows is the chrome color not black.

Wish I could make it 5k cheaper too, but then it would be well below KBB and I would loose to much money on top of what I am already loosing

Totally understand your position. Keep me in mind in case it doesn't sell and you need to unload at that price. I just don't want to spend $35k+ for an 08.

There are plenty of people out there that want to unload their toys for unforseen circumstances, u know?
