took me just over 2 weeks. but they replaced 2 turbos, not just the actuators.

if they vor'd it. overnight. if they stk ordered it 3rd day from ordering. depending on availability from the pdc. i work for bmw in tampa. i know this silly stuff. lol

Hey guys. I got my cars fuel pump replaced at the dealer once at around 2k miles. Now when I take my car in they just dont want to put a new fuel pump. Im having the same issues for a long time now and im getting very unhappy with my purchase. What did you tell the dealer when you went in? I dont even mind paying labor I just want a new fuel pump and my actuators make this rattle snake sound on deceleration. The dealer just didnt give a crap it seems. Should I goto another dealer? Thanks a bunch

I broke my clip too! do you mean the orange fat wire that comes out of the bmw car its self? The metal small clip broke on that and now its shrink wrapped together with the procede. I cant even completely remove the pnp harness cause that wire is now connected only by that.. what to do?

never had the problem...but if a dealer even told me that they werent going to do something for me i would threaten writing a letter to BMW North America about your dissastisfaction.
They should take customer service very seriously considering BMW North America allocates build spots for new cars to dealerships based on their sales and customer service record. |
