What does this service symbol mean?

Hi Guys,

Yes I looked it up in the book but I am still uncertain.

Its the Car with two "S" symbols above it.

Someone mentioned it might be MOT, which is due soon when my tax needs doing I guess.

Its had the Inspection and Oil service and the rear pads and brake fluid is being done today.

the symbol looks like this: § ?

Then your emissions test is due (or was it state inspection?) It is just a timed reminder if I am not mistaken...

Agh that makes sense... Its the MOT in the UK.

Basically as my car is 3yrs old.

I better get that booked so I can renew the road tax easily come time.

If the symbol is displayed with the front of the car showing, it' mean emissions test due and if with the rear "road worthiness" whatever that means MOT maybe?

Mine's the front of the car.. anyhow its getting serviced right now and all lights will be reset after. Then I can take it for the MOT later in the week.
