iPod adapter problem

Admins: I wasn't quite sure where this question should go, therefore I posted in the X5 forum, until I saw this thread and felt perhaps here would be most appropriate. Please remove as necessary, and I apologize for the inconvenience.

Since Saturday I'm having this issue when I connect my iPhone to my X5. When I try to play my music (I have the iPod adapter option) the message stays stuck on "waiting to load data from device".

I've already tried my phone on my same year 335, and it works fine without a problem. And as I mentioned before, this just started Saturday.

Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

1. Let it sit and wait.
2. Reconnect
3. Try a different Ipod/Iphone
4. Contact dealership
