Dealers offer 1.0% finanacing on 09 335i?

Hi, I went to NorthWest Arkansas dealer in Arkansas, dealer say they only offer .9% financing on 328 and not on 335i. they say that 335i has 3k factory rebate that's why they can't offer .9% financing on it. MSRP on this car is 51K and they would give 3K off plus another 3K factory rebate. Is this good deal? or dealer lying about .9% financing?

BMW is offering 0.9% financing on 335i coupes while having 3.9% on the sedans.
The 3k rebate is through BMW financial if you pay cash or finance through an outside source. They will give you $1,500 toward your 335i sedan if you finance with BMW.

I recently purchased a 2009 335i sedan and did financing with bmw but never was offered $1500 for financing with bmw, but instead was offered 3.9% financing. I'm doing ED and won't pick up my car until august so can I still get this deal? Also, if I find financing elsewhere that is lower than 3.9%, I can get $3000 rebate back?? Please clarify. Thanks
