**Help** opening 08 LED plate light housing

the LED housing seem to be sealed
i want to replace the LED but cant figure out how to open the housing of the plate light
any tips or DIY?
the DIY i found are all for halogen plate light housing

halogen housing is the open top one

mine is sealed

i can help u to do it....i bought da same one as u ...its so bright!!!plus da colour is jus HOTTTTTT!!!! HAHA
