BMW exclusive offer for me..... worth it?

I just got email from BMW yesterday, saying....

1. they will waive my current lease remaining term of 7month if I lease another new BMW vehicle at a lease rate 1.9%

I always wanted to get e92 MT, is this worth a deal for now??
used cars price are going so down these days....

p.s I need to change my rotor/pads asap, I will need to change them before I return my car for the deal???

definitely worth it. Actually, used car prices should remain strong because BMW CPO purchases rose something like 40% in April 2009 compared to last year.

This is sort of standard policy when you're leasing; around 6-7 months before your lease term is up they'll try and roll you into a new one, offering up incentives. It's usually a better than 'walk-in' offer if you were a new customer, and sometimes you can have them eat the cost of some of the things you'd otherwise have to have repaired/replaced/fixed if you were just returning your lease and not getting a new car. I'd see if you can get them to take care of the pads/brakes if you opt to roll into something new. Never hurts to ask. And as mentioned, the new lease rate is pretty good all things considered; you'll probably not see the 0.5 / 1.0% rates from last summer... The combination of high CDN $ and huge inventory had a great effect if you were in the market for a new car, but don't count on BMW making that mistake again any time soon. Good luck!

Interesting, thanks for the info. My lease still has 11 months to go so now I know what to expect.

A 1.9% lease rate seems pretty good. It was 5.9/6.9 not so long ago and they just dropped it to 3.9.

Take advantage of the multiple security deposits and you can drop it down by up to another 0.9%.

When a new MY(model year) or model-refresh hits, they generally jack up the interest rates on lease & purchase finance to somewhere in the 5-7% range. Mid-cycle, they'll drop to 3-4% and near the end of model life-cycle they'll unload them for under 3%. Last summer was the perfect storm of cash back to equalize the price for Canadian vs. American MSRP prices (based on near-par dollar value between the two currencies), the nearing of the mid-cycle refresh on the e90 sedan, the introduction of the new M3's, the fact BMW over-estimated the number of cars they thought they could sell - and then overbuilt, and the resulting local dealerships that ended up with tons of inventory. At some point I heard BJBMW was sitting on several hundred 3-series.

I just paid $800 for brake rotor/pads replaced on all 4 wheels... today
rotors and pads were dead already anyways.....
I think I am taking this deal, and getting myself a e92 next month...
now they told me If i need to take delivery,, it should be done by June 30,2009
does it mean..... I need to take one of the inventories on the dealer's lot right??????
ordering from the factory will take time more than a month right?

Do you guys think I can have extra discount % on this deal????

The program is like that BMW pays x amount of $ to the dealership (depends on your vehicle is a 07/06 3 series)to help to payout the remaining payments. The 1.9% lease rate is on a 09 5 series only. All 3 series (exclude M) is 3.9%. (this is for GTA area)

Yes, you need to take one from the dealer's inventory.
You won't be able to order one if you are taking this offer.

I'm also about to jump on this deal.
Let me know if you get any extra discount as I'm interested in knowing too.

my lease is ending in this September, I don't think I got this offer, is there a promo code I need to provide to the dealer in the email to get the offer?

I believe the deal is currently for leased 3 series with contracts ending in November or December.
