Non-Staggered Tires on Staggered Wheels...??
Is it possible? I have 325 ZSP and as all of you know the fronts are 225, and the rears are 255, The winter tires i have from my previous car are 225/45/17 all around. Can i use them?

Yes you can. 225 tires fit on 8.5" rims.

Same Tires All Around E46 M3s on a E90
I have a similar dilemma.
Is is possible to run the same tires all around for stock E46 M3 Wheels (Staggered Setup 18x8 front, 18x9 Back) on a E90? This is my current setup: 225/45/18 ZR 18x8 (front) 255/40/18 ZR 18x9 (back) Would something like 245/40/18 or 245/45/18 work all around? or what other size is optimal? Why do I want to do this? Treadlife sucks on the staggered setup, and if staggered is mostly comestic, I'd like to be able to rotate the tires versus replacing every 12,000 miles. Thanks for any help! __________________ |

are you getting mostly inner wear on your rears? if that's the case, you could get a non-directional tire and just flip them around when it starts to wear down. otherwise, if you run the same tire size all around, you'll have to remove and re-mount and re-balance all 4 tires because you can't just rotate the wheels on a staggered setup.
