So my lease is coming up on my E92 in 3 months. I think I would like to get another coupe (M-Tech).

I'm assuming there are some advantages going from one lease into the other with the same dealership (loyalty)? Are there any special discounts I can expect? I know I don't have to pay the security deposit on the next lease, which is a plus. I'll be ordering the car to spec, will any loyalty discounts expire by the time my car is delivered in 2-3 months or can I lock them in? Are the incentives in the form of cash back or can they applied directly to the sales price?

Pardon my ignorance and overall laziness, just looking for a little guidance from the experts I imagine some pretty awesome deals can be had these days and I'd like to do everything I can to make that happen.

Hey Bill,

Returning customers get a rate lower than the buy rate. You don't have to go to the same dealership either. Not sure if there are other perks as well.
