JB+ or SSTT

Hey im looking to pick one of these up very soon. I was wondering wat are peoples opinions on Which one has better Performance Gains and Which one is more safe when it comes to Warranty?

P.s. I already have URCAI, RR Catless Dp's and Secondary cat delete on my car.
I know my warranty is probably already sketchy but i would still like to know which one is safer with warranty and codes.

thanks

if you already have all those mods you might want to check in to the jb3 you will see the best power gains there and you can always remove the jb3 before service. personally i have the jb+ as i am on a leased vehicle with no other mods and i wanted a really fast way to remove it if needed. Looks like you are wanting a bit more power the jb3 would be better suited

+1

PM me and I can hook you up with a great deal on the JB3. It really does sound like the JB3 would be a better fit for your car.

Can't agree more, JB3 with your set up would be ideal. Otherwise, the JB+ is much better than the SSTT (smoother, adjustable)

The SSTT also has adjustable boost and may throw less codes.

LOL is right, IMHO you run the risk of codes with either, but I "know a guy" who has been running a JB+ at 100% for almost 5K miles and not one single code. Just saying that having driven both the SSTT and JB+, the Burger monster feels faster and smoother to me. There have been dyno's comparing the two, feel free to

Thank you!
I have also had the SSTT and then made the leap to the JB+ since I had grown accustom to the power the SSTT put out. I have had the JB+ running @ 90% since Mid February which is easily over 5,000 miles including a desert run to and from laughlin in over 100 degree weather and I was pushing the hell out of my car and not one single code (debunked the engine bay temp theory on that desert run for sure)

But to the OP.. since you have supporting mods, i think you'd get better performance out of a JB3 or V3 instead of the TMAP tunes..

I've been running a beta JB+ at 75% with no codes for months.

I decided to order the JB+ over the SSTT. This is mainly due to the JB+ being half the price and so I can adjust the psi to avoid the tuner detection that the 09s have. Now all i need is to buy the BT tool!

get the JB+

i had SSTT for a year and switched over to JB+, not only you are getting 2 more psi of boost, which is about 25 more whp.
its cheaper, even though u can get SSTT for about $300
JB+ is considerably stronger and smoother to accelerate with

I don't know the exact reason, but the jb+ is far smoother. SSTT may only feel as fast because the "Stock" lag seems to still be there. With the jb+, the boost is on tap from 2k to 6500k
