Need Assistance - 235 F / 275 R on style 230's?

Is any one running 235/35/19 and 275/30/19 on the style 230's? ANy problems with that? The tires I'm looking at are the Falken 452's and they both say "do not mount on 9.5 inch wheels". Is the rear wheel on the 230's 9" or 9.5"?

The rears are 9" on the 230s. You should be fine with that setup..

I wouldn't go with that size with the 452's. 275 in the rear is wide for a 9" wheel.

Falken's have a wider/squarer look vs. other tires so depending if that is what you are looking for? I would opt for 225 or 235f - 265r with the Falken's.

You could look at some pics in my profile (not the best angle for tire shots though), the style 230 wheels have 265 in the rear (front are stock Bridgestones, waiting for the fronts will be going 225 btw) the Iforged wheels are 235f and 275r (rear is 10" wide).

are you sure it doesnt say do not mount on a 19.5 in rim.?I know it sounds wierd but thats what mine said when I had them. You should be fine with that setup.A bit blocky but fine nonetheless.

oh shit your right haha, it says "Do not mount on 19.5" wheel" - so that means the 235/275 combo will work on the 230's no problem? by the way I have an Xi.

Let me know if you would like for me to take a picture of the rear wheel/tire combo.

I have Falken's on the rear right now. Will install front ones shortly, no rush since they are a second set of 19' wheels that I used for the spring (pot hole season!!!).

I have some pics of the 230's in my profile (check it out, not the best angles though). I could however take a picture or two of the wheel/tire combo that's just sitting in my garage.

Let me know.

Nope 230's with Falken's 265's in the rear!

Iforged with 275's in the rear but it's a 10" wide wheel vs. 9" for the 230's.

oh. anyways I will probably just swap them out and not take any chances...the 275/30/19 from 225/45/17 variance % per the calculator above is way over 1%
