need help removing door trim.

hi, i'm trading door trims with another member. can anyone please guide me on how to safely remove existing door trim, and safely re-attach the new door trim? this is specific to the chrome on 330 and black on 325 trims.

thanxx!

here is an idea. next time u r @ the dealer, ask to talk to a tech and said you have a simple quick questions and see if he/she is willing to show you. i think it is very easy to remove it (from looking at the trim, but would not want to try it my self). does not hurt to ask the tech. worst thing that could happen is he/she said no.
