No MT right?
I don't think you have enough torque (down low) to break rear tires loose (from a standing start) with an AT plus the surface area is too grippy or something. LSD is nice to have for best result but not necessary. Best slap on some wan li's and try drifiting.

OP - of course you can do donuts in your car. You did right by shutting off all the nannies. After that start out parked with your foot firmly on the brake and the steering wheel cranked all the way to what ever direction you want to do the donut in. While keeping your foot on the brake also keep your car in 1st gear and rev it up to about 5500 RPM, let go of the brake and mash the gas pedal to the floor and hold it there for about 1/2 hour. Let us know how you make out.
