AC Schnitzer front lip

Ok so i got my whole AC set painted today now i need to put them on and my question is how do I remove the left and right side of those low black thingies (sry i don't know how to name them in English) the ones that are right next to the fog lights. The front lip requires them to be taken off and I just wanted to ask you guys before I start doing anything.

Thx in advance

Cool but i also need to remove the piece that the bar i connected to the black plastic mesh thingy. On the pictures there are no meshes so I dont think i should leave them there while installing the lip.

Just did that and it was quite....hardcore rly . I'm glad that i didnt have anything that was sharp otherwise it would be me or the car .
Anyways it was a damn pain in the ass the clips are so tight and they just don't want to move and the mesh is slightly behind the halogen making it almost imossible to bend. Also I noticed that my car doesnt have the removable rods i dunno if thats a 2.0 diesel engine thingy or what but they are just 1 part with the mesh. I'm off for a cold one (well earned)
