Is the Dinan stage 2 & 3 works on the auto e92 335. I saw some body said the power will lost on auto cars

If your talking about the one or two people that posted here with the following combinations...

AT + Dinan Stage2

yes they did have a problem and dinan fixed it in their programming = no problems go ahead and get it.
