Exhaust Question

This will prob sound stupid to everyone, but is there 2 or 3 silencers on the 335i e90? Or is one a resonator? I know there practically the same thing, resonators are to stop the echo.

2 cats on the downpipes, 2 cats further down, and something that sure looks like a cat in one of the mufflers. So maybe 5 cats on the car.
