Climate Control switching on its own ?

... happens randomly. I keep switching it off and the next moment or minutes later it switches itself back on to its last setting.

Looks like a fault creeping in ? Anyone had any experiences of this ? (I've done a search but nothing similiar). At least its still under warranty

What was that film called where the car was alive? Christine?

Do they not switch back on when the car starts to mist up ie above a certain humidity level?

Have you got idrive and programmed in a desired setting ie. low, medium or high fan speed and set a preferred temperature?

The fact the system reverts back to an original setting indicates a pre-programming perhaps.

I prefer it on all the time for the 'freshest air' but if you don't then would be a bit annoying why it seems to come on of its own accord.
