My feet are too narrow and I couldn't find a comfortable position for heel and toe-ing in the E90. I ended up getting a set of Ultimate Pedals with the accelerator pedal extension. Works much better now for me.

Yeah. Pretty much standard on my cars now. Had them on every car I own that I will ever track or autoX in the rain. They grip wet or dry, on any shoe and so far $10 has lasted me like 3 cars!
