WTF! My radio buttons all stopped working

On the way home from work I tried to change the source on my radio.....nothing happened. I tried to change the channel and nothing happened. Tried all the buttons on the damn thing and the only thing that works is the volume knob and the power. Steering buttons work though. Turned car off and on still nothing......removed ipod and nothing.....

Anyone have this happen to them before? What was done?

I have had the same thing twice. Once about a year ago, I was on my way to the dealer - they did a software update. About 1 month ago the same thing happened. I turned the car off when I got to my office - when I came out 4 hours later everything was fine. Hasn't happened since.

I just had all of my software updated because mine was shitting the bed too! total pain in the ass! If you hold all the buttons down together it will reboot. (power, cd eject, gps eject)

Yeah mine worked after a few hours, guess thats what you have to do if it acts up.
