Spy Pics can't tell what it is

I saw this three weeks ago in Scottsdale Arizona near Fashion square mall.. It was being followed by a Range Rover. I think its a BMW. I pulled next to it at the light. The driver saw me snapping a pic from my B Berry and he got upset. So I asked him what car is this and he threw his hand rudely in the air and nodded his head. So i just gave him my middle finger and drove off........ I think he was pissed of at something but whatever...... SO WHAT IS THIS CAR???????

It had New Jersey Plates

Given the driver's attitude... and the shape, rear view mirrors, etc, I would guess a new Mercedes E or S class.

Jag. Those aren't the new MB mirrors. And Jag NA is also in NJ.

Or maybe it's MadMax's cousin in his apocalypse car.

that car looks huge. the nose looks hunkered down and aggressive - nice.

from the first pic i thought it might've been a caddy mule, but the other pics and the wheels suggest jag-ness.

The Caddy mules always came out my way in the boondocks where I grew up in MI.... They never went through that much effort to camouflage anything. I remember one time they came through with three camo'd XLR's before they were officially released as a production model, with a SC430 and something else from that class, and there was a half-assed effort to camo the XLR's, but you could tell, even though I had only seen them in drawings before.

The new XJ is going to look nice from what I hear...
