Major Angelibright issues
Anyone else have issues with this company?
I ordered a pair of Angel eyes weeks ago. They emailed me back stating they didn't carry that kind (so why is it on their website) and asked if I would consider a different pair. I declined the offer. Now, two weeks later, I have yet to receive a refund. I have emailed them numerous times and left voice messages, yet haven't heard a word from them. Will be calling Visa soon. Avoid this company like the plague. |

If you really want to pay 300 bucks for an angel eye upgrade (seems like a lot to me), you should get the product from one of the vendors here that do a good job, they list **********s and eas on their site and you could at least find someone to talk to about them.

Ordered directly from AIB. I have an '06 330i and (unlike everyone else) don't really like the look of the pure white AE's and instead wanted to keep the amber color but go brighter. AIB was the only company I could find that had that (supposedly, since they say now that they don't have that for my E90). If anyone else knows of another company, please don't hesitate to let me know. Thanks.

See my second post above for what I was looking for. But now that I'm so frustrated with this company, I'm not sure if I want their product to be anywhere near my car. I called again today and left yet another message.

Obviously not, since they finally picked up the phone this afternoon. No apologies, no questions, no verification of my order. Just said they would process the credit and that was it. Hopefully it will actually happen this time.
Thanks for the offer. No disrespect to you or your company since you had nothing to do with this blunder, but after this ordeal, I won't go anywhere near an AngelIBright product. |
