HS 335i chiptuning(Europe)

Dunno if this is a repost, but hs elektronik in Germany has a chip for 1099,- euros. And 360BHP/490Nm instead of 306BHP/400Nm. Topspeed 299kmh(186mph) which I don't believe until I see it:
