howto keep radio running?

Hi,

I went to the drive in cinema a few days ago – and they transmit the sound from the movie over the radio.

How do I keep the radio running for 2 hours without ignition? I had to take the key in and out every 20 min. to keep the radio on.

Regards,

Danny

You just can't.

The radio turn off after 20 minutes without the key in the ignition is set by digital messages, not by any electromechanical switch that you can fool/trick with something else.

there's supposed to be a way cause i've done it. I've had my radio running for a while.

I have comfort access as well.

I know if i just turn it on with one push of start button it only stays on for 20 minutes. but i think, and i dont remember what i normally do is, push it twice to turn ACC on and then one more click to turn acc off but the radio will still run.

I dont know of any way to keep it running for a long time, but usually I can turn it back on by just pressing the power button instead of removing the key.
