07 335i 28k miles CPO, white, dakota, steptronic, premium, sports, heated seat.
price listed $32,970
How is this price look like? do you guys think I can lower it about $3-4k down?

good price? ive heard someone bought similar 335i for under 30k.

It's too high...car should be under $30K now. Offer $29K...you don't have to buy it but they have to sell it!
