Picked up my new 2009 Jetta, so glad to be driving stick again!

Some of you may remember my old thread:
http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=259609

Well, after over a month of being without my car I finally got a new one. This time the interior is black, which is what I had originally wanted. I'm excited to get the windows tinted, last time I got 15%, I think I'll stick with that %'age again this time.

I've been going to physical therapy for my back and it has helped, only two more sessions to go.

Anyone know much about vinyl? I want to cover the main section of the grill and orange reflectors in glossy black vinyl, but I am concerned about if it will easily come off in 3 years, when I have to turn the lease in, after being baked on by the sun and being frozen by the winter? Let me know if you have any tips or guides for completing this task.

Here are the pics (will update when tints are on):

They lowered the lease rates. And as far as this price range of vehicle there is no better car. I wanted to get a Mini Cooper S, but my dad wouldn't budge, he thinks it is too small, especially after being rearended.

Gotcha. I suppose his reasoning would also take effect on a VW GTI eh

Yeah, plus it's more expensive than the Jetta, which = no go.

$179 on base model, add like $20-30 to that if you want the SE version (like mine). However it really depends on how much money you put down, how long the lease is, if you want extra warranty, etc.

Nah man, I wanted to go diesel, but not much point if I am not going to own the car. Won't be able to make enough savings to offset what I would spend...at least I don't think, I didn't do the calculations though, heh.

I was just so impressed with the 335d I drove that I can't wait for my lease to end to get a diesel
