it's a drop-in, i assume currently yours is just bare plastic?

it's very hard to tell right there? unless they changed the size? it was from my 2006 E90. you should have a deep well on the right and on left it's only about 2 or 3 inches deep and it's normally where the car manual belongs.

i know with the new models BMW has been cheap asses and started omitting the liner, rechargable fleshlight, tools, cig lighter/ashtray, hood insulation etc...

ETA: I boosted the brightness and you're right, it won't fit on your newer model, it's the same size of my 2009 E92 also.
