Hey guys,

Helping a friend out. He just left his job, so the toy has the go.

Specs:

Alpine White/ Fox Red/ Aluminum Trim
-6 speed
-Carbon Roof
-Premium
-Cold Weather
-Technology
-19" Wheels
-Rear Sunshade
-Park Distance
-Premium Sound

MSRP: $68,425

Terms:

36month lease/ 10k miles per year

Current mileage is ~12,100
Lease started with 4000 miles, so 34000 miles total
Lease maturity is 2/25/12

The Deal:
$5500 upfront
$743 per month

$450 transfer fee

Basically, you're getting a loaded up M3 (sans M-DCT) for under $750 a month with less than $6000 up front. This is a deal and a half, guys!

Is this really that amazing? I remember back in January I was offered a $699 lease for an 08 M3 sedan.
