good lease deal? 328i ny

hey guys so i went to hassel today to try and get a deal on a 328i deal, my only must have options, were sport auto and navi in alpine, there were only a couple of cars that didnt have to be built with these options.
today MSRP 46,620, its pretty loaded.
they are selling the car to me under invoice at 42,320 plus the cap reduction at 1,000.
so the residual is at 26,573.40 not sure of the%
total depreciation is 14,746.74
monthly depreciation is 409.63
monthly rental= 149.37
monthly payment=559.00

what i am paying upfront is 1,685.38 sales tax
state inspection fee of 10.00
state tire fee= 12.50
first months payment= 559.00
security deposit 600.00
bank doc fee 725.00
other fee 45.00 (cost of filling out the forms or what not)
total to drive off is 3,781.35

the money factor is 0.00220
term=36
annual miles=15000

what do u guys think, is this a good deal, the CA was very nice, she said that it is a great deal, im not sure, this will be my first lease.
any opinions will be greatly appreciated, thanks!

I'm a little confused with this. On BMW's website, they're leasing a $47k 335i XDrive for $469/month. Is that legit or are there numbers missing?

Way too much with what you getting and what your putting down.
