wheel locks for hub caps??? lol

ok so we are shopping 4 a new car for my mom. She drives like 2-3 miles a day and needs something reliable and comfortable. We are looking at the 09 honda accord lx. i got a price quote from the dealer for 100$ for wheel locks. Hmm. the LX comes with hub caps, why the hell would i need wheel locks for hubcaps. I could really care less if someone needed the wheel. lol. cuz it's only honda wheel not HRE or BBS.

Am I confused or there is something really wrong with this picture here.
Please advise/comment etc.

100$ for 4 wheel locks? Sounds like they're trying to slip in some items to raise the price of the car, tell them no thanks.

I'm pretty sure Honda wheels are stolen more often than BMW fitment BBS/HRE/whatever. There is simply a much, much, much larger market for selling stolen Honda bolt/offset/whatever wheels than there is for BMW. Of course if they are hubcaps then I'm not sure anyone is going to steal them either way!
