E90 offset help

Hi All,
Please i need some help with this my E90 was running 8.5"-19" front et35 with 235/35 tyres and 9.5"-19" et32 275/35 rear with sports suspension but lowered 10mm rear and 15mm front on eibach pro-kit. Had no problems with this set up but now looking to change to new wheels but new off sets are et40 front and et27 rear, should be ok at the rear as arches have been rolled but would like to run 245/35 tyre on the front, would this work or would it rub on the strut or inside the arche any where.

You'll be close but can probably get away with a 245 tire on an 8.5", +40 wheel. If not, you can always do minor fender work up front. Since you're lowered, you may rub the top of the tire against the plastic fender well on abrupt bumps at speed. That, however, shouldn't damage your fender or tire.

Fronts may rub during compression since you are lowered. I generally stick with a 235 to stay on the safe side if you are looking not to roll the fenders.

The 9.5 +27 rears may have some rubbing issues depending how aggressively you rolled the fenders.

you will be okay, if you get rubbing just roll the fenders a little bit.

245 will work in the front without rolling fender, but ET40 might rub the struct, just buy a pair of 5mm spacer.

Thanks all, it's if the tyre rubs on the strut is what i'm worried about. Just can't remember how close the old set up was on the front.

Depending on what suspension you are running, it may encounter some clearance issues with shock bodies, springs, or collars.
