Do angel eyes and foglights share the same power?

I noticed that when I installed my HID fogs it seems as if they share the same circuitry.

I say this because it blew the fuse in my angelibrights, then when I went to install the regular halogens they worked again, albeit MUCH dimmer than before. It seems the HID fogs are stealing some power from the angel eyes.

Obivously they both run off the battery of the car...but I haven't had issues with anything else. Low beams still work fine as do brake lights.

I am not an electrician so forgive my use of terms.

I haven't had a chance to check the fuse diagram for the 07s but you can pull one out with your fuse box to check. It will tell you what systems are tied to each fuse.
