My parents have a condo they are about to list just outside of Annapolis on Kent Island (Maryland). It's on the first level and has handicap access as well as easy access to the community pool and local marinas. It's only about a 5 minute drive to the Chesapeake Bay Bridge. Over the last month they've renovated almost everything on the inside. If anyone would like some more information, send me a pm or an email at gmitch04@vt.edu
