Question for Lease experts
I don't find much info on 20,000 mile/yr leases....
- what's the typical residual? My quote showed 56% -$2,250 (56% minus another $2,250) after 3 years. - They had "bank fee" and "doc fees" totaling over $1,000 rolled into the lease. Normal? Money factor was BMWFS's 0.00225 and they took $2,750 off list, so those are prety straightforward....

the residual would be calculated at the 15,000 mile percentage and then add the miles as a prepay at 16 cents per mile
5000 x .16 = a/12months = $67 add per month over the 15k monthly pay |

When leasing it's best you go with km's your going to be doing.
Make sure 20,000 is enough as their is an overcharge per each additional km Also the residual is based off of it the msrp of the vehicle . The discount will not affect your residual value. If you build in more kms your residual will go down monthly payments will go up. Average additional fees including freight and pdi shoudl total about $2000 with your option to bring the money up from or on delivery. Part of that is yoru first payment which you have to make up front on a lease and a security deposit which you will get back at lease end. |
