Its supposed to hit NY on 11/9. My CA thinks I'll be able to get the car on the 10th or 11th. Sounds a little tight on the timing.

She's coming into port in NY today! My CA says I may get lucky and be able to pick up the car in NJ on Saturday. I am a little skeptical on such a quick turnaround but lets all keep our fingers crossed!

My e90 was on that ship, too. (Just found this thread.) Looks like my car was unloaded in NY on 11/9. Any idea of what is the hold up in getting our cars? Have you heard anything further as to when they'll hit the dealership? Or the chances of picking them up before Thanksgiving? I don't want to call my CA and be a pest. (Ok, more of a pest.)

My car is being delivered to the dealer today. I will pick it up on Sat! Go ahead and call your CA - thats what they are there for. You spent the money, you're waiting for your car and you need to plan for the holidays accordingly.

PS did you get the sedan? I did. Black sapphire, black leather, premium, sports pkg., heat on the seat, navi.

Did you get the tire insurance? I am going to pass on that and just get new tires if a run flat blows out

I am picking up tonight. Congrats to you, as well.

I got the sedan in Monaco Blue, with Dakota Gray leather, premium, sports, comfort access, 6M, cold weather, nav, and Sirius.

I don't think that I'll opt for the tire insurance package. They didn't discuss it with me at the order stage; we'll see if they try to bring it up this evening.
