What I meant to say by my 1000 WHp comment, is that with Procede and every other complementary mods, the most Whp we have seen around here is what? 425 Whp maybe? That is no where near enough for speeds in excess of 195 MPH
In a Proceded car, when I was a passanger, the car hot a brick wall at 175 Mph 180 I can believe, those who claim 195+, I call BS unless the rules of physics do not apply to them |

No reason to BS... why should I, nothing to prove to someone I do not know... it is more about informing others about new findings....
From 290 to 308 took some time... but the car can do it, while still feeling stable... it was measured by a GPS... Anyway this summer with some slight changes (adding IC, OC and race gas) I will give it a new try to improve the top speed record... (I will take a pic of the gps if that helps you :-)) the reason that I initially did it was to see how the speedo meter would respond... It hang at 280, but did not brake .... I run 19/255/30 at the back....

You are dilusional my friend... But hey if it makes you feel better about yourself to tell starngers on the Internet that your car goes 308 Km/h then by all means, go for it... Problem is I TRIED this before and the top speed is no where near what you claim... maybe it's your BMW Performance exhaust that is making the difference Maybe when you add the IC and OC and race gas, you could hit 400 Km/h Who needs a Veyron eh? |

Sorry just need to do this:
Because your car can't do it nobody can do it? Do I understand you well? I hope it's just the language barrier I sence here... Anyway if you would do a search on this forum before you start to write BS... you would find out that the car has been calculated to top around 300km/h... has something to do with aerodynamics.... Here is a nice description about the basics: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aerodynamics Have a great day!

It's not a language barrier. I am saying clear and simple that I do not believe your car or any E9x except maybe a Supercharged E9x M3 can do 300 Km/h
It's been very well documented around here that the top speed of a tuned car is around 175-180 Mph almost 290 Kmh no where near 308 Please stop spreading lies. Thank you |

maybe he has 335i with a different turbo kit
who knowssss lol anyways, why would you even need to go that fast? where could you? the fastest I've driven was about 170 in a Porsche Turbo and 160 in a GT-R fucking fast..... beauty of Japan: If you're going faster than the cops can even dream of going, they ignore you :P and no I didn't get this from Tokyo Drift lol I lived in Japan for a bit and made some really interesting friends (Turbo was America, GT-R was Japan if you didn't figure that out). Best time of my life... I love my home (America) but do I miss Japan... i got the yellow plague! lol |

There was also a guy from Dubai I think who topped GPS 299Km/h. I didn't look for the tread. its like a year ago. ( theory and praxis are different sometimes)

Elevation, wind speed, perhaps drafting another car at that speed, not having an OEM wing, ride height, downhill, etc., it's not impossible just because Ramos couldn't do it.

@Xander,
Indeed, there might be other factors that could influence the situation... none of them Ramos has asked about.... Besides that I have seen multiple threads on this board where e92 335's drove above 295 km/h.... judging judging on the side line.... In the Netherlands we say in your case Ramos: Je hebt een ongelofelijk bord voor je harses.... prutsert.... platinum :-D
